OK, So I have a small colony and can do it. I put sprinklers on my houses this week and the birds just love it. They are so funny "when I get to watch that is" taking their bath and the fly bys. I have half sprayers facing either to cover the house and gourds from both sides and I saw one asy male sitting on the perch right beside the head and reaching his head around where the water was spraying and saying oooooooooohhh that's good. Haaaaaaa . I really think it will help. I have it set up on a timer to come on in the hottest part of the day but sometimes when I am home and got a few mintues I turn it on just to watch the show. Haaaaaaaaa We have 11 pair, 46 hatchlings out of 55 eggs which is in line with what John was saying about his numbers. More eggs that didn't hatch than usual for us too but we are still having our best yr if we can get them in the air. We hope everybody is have a good year too. Keep'em Flying
