I was talking with Gisela the other day and she was mentioning how she wished we had a better turn out for some of our monthly meetings. I told her that we are doing a lot more webinars in business because it's much more efficient when you have a number of people in different locations. I would have to talk with our web 'zen' master Robert Moehler about how to do it but would that be something you would tune in for? I don't know if your computer would need any software but the idea is, we would have a camera in the meeting and as presenters wanted, they could show slides or pictures etc. Participants can watch what is going on and could respond or not.

Let me know if this idea has any interest for you. Has any other club tried this for their members? Robert is this doable?

John, I do webinar with out HOA management company for training and they work great. Not sure what or how they do this. Believe there is a software program called Go To Meeting. It sure would help if we had something like this since many of our members are in the far flung areas of North Texas. I can check on this some more when we get back from vacation. We are members of the Dutch Oven Society for Texas but as members we are broken out in to different chapters depending what location you reside. We have our chapter meetings but belong to the larger society. Maybe something like this might be another idea to think about as well.

Thanks for working on this for the club.
