Hello All,

Saturday, August 6th at the AMF Bowling lanes parking lot. The address is 1950 Market Place, across the street from the WalMart. Most of our members will be there around 7:30 pm with the birds settling in around 9:00pm.

It is really an awesome sight if you've never seen it. And it's something you can't get enough of if you've already seen it. The bowling lanes are right off the exit of 635.

Hi All,

Well the birds showed up in the thousands and didn't disappoint. I was running a little late and didn't get there until 8 pm but that was when the fun began anyway. It was funny because I looked down to send someone a text message and when I looked up the sky was thick with them. I was particularly happy because my wife Debbi was able to enjoy them from the front seat of my air conditioned car. Her description was that it looked like a tornado of birds descending into the oak trees. She commented that it is much better in person than it is watching a video. I was a little bummed that none of my birds recognized me-he he!
