Default Hawk problem update

Sometime since the first hawk plicked one of the Martins off the house 6 or so started visiting it again. Would these be different birds or maybe the same ones? Last time this happened I had no birds all season. At any rate I was pleasantly surprised and very gratefull. UNTIL today. Yep the hawk came back but didn't get a meal. Must be a Kessil (sp.?) or similar type hawk as it is a small bird. Then about a hour ago a pair came back and went in one of the compartments?! Don't get it? Going out tomorrow and FOR SURE am going to buy the mesh and lumber to put up a hawk/owl screen. I'll keep you informed. They sorta become like pets don't they? Very interesting.
