Federal Court Orders Cell Tower Safeguards for Migrating Birds Washington, DC – A federal court of appeals today issued a ruling ordering the Federal Communications Commission to carefully evaluate the potential adverse effects of communications towers on migratory bird populations of the Gulf Coast region. That is very interesting. I wonder what they can do to make the migration safer and still maintain cell phone service. I see those guide wires bracing those towers and sometimes those wires are almost invisible to me and I know they are there!
